That Hold
Most sales problems are structural, not motivational. Our coaching sessions work directly on how your pipeline is built, how deals move, and where the gaps are - then help you close them with repeatable processes rather than heroic individual effort.
Request a SessionHow Each Engagement Works
Before any session begins, we map what already exists in your sales operation: how leads enter, how they progress, where deals stall, and what your team actually does versus what the process says they should do. The gap between those two things is usually where revenue is lost.
Sessions are structured around specific, observable problems - a conversion drop at a particular stage, inconsistent follow-up, unclear qualification criteria. We do not work from generic frameworks. Every recommendation connects to something we can measure in your pipeline data or observe in your team's behaviour.
Diagnostic Mapping
We review your current pipeline structure, CRM data, and conversion rates across each stage to establish a factual baseline before any recommendations are made.
Priority Setting
Not every problem deserves equal attention. We identify the two or three structural issues that have the largest measurable impact on your close rate and revenue velocity.
Structured Sessions
Each session focuses on one defined area - qualification logic, deal progression, team accountability structures, or handoff processes - with clear outputs and follow-up actions.
Implementation Review
Changes need time to show results. We return to review what was implemented, what held, and what needs adjustment based on actual outcomes rather than assumptions.
Session Formats Available
Different stages of a sales system require different kinds of work. These formats reflect the most common needs we encounter across companies of varying size and complexity.
Pipeline Audit
A focused review of your current sales pipeline - stages, conversion rates, and where deals go quiet. You leave with a written summary of the three most significant structural issues and specific suggestions for each.
Sales System Build
Eight sessions over ten weeks covering qualification frameworks, deal progression logic, team accountability structures, and handoff processes. Designed for companies building a sales function from the ground up or restructuring an existing one.
Sales Manager Coaching
For sales managers who are managing a team but were never trained to run a sales operation. Sessions cover pipeline reviews, performance conversations, forecasting accuracy, and how to coach individual reps without micromanaging.
Qualification Alignment
A half-day workshop for sales teams where qualification criteria are inconsistent across reps. The session produces a shared qualification framework - agreed, documented, and tested against real deals from your current pipeline.
The People Running Sessions
Each coach at Yildunosos Quantyeon has worked inside sales organisations - not just advised them. That distinction matters when the conversation turns to what actually happens on the floor versus what the playbook says.
Sessions are delivered remotely, which means clients across different time zones and industries have access to the same practitioners. Scheduling is coordinated through our operations team before any engagement begins.
