Building sales systems that hold under pressure
Yildunosos Quantyeon works with B2B companies to design, document, and implement sales structures that function predictably - not just when conditions are ideal.
Six distinct services, one coherent system
Each service below addresses a specific part of the sales infrastructure. Some clients engage us for one area; others build across the full set over several months.
The sequence matters - pipeline architecture before enablement, process before tooling. We help you work in the right order.
Sales System Audit
A structured review of your current pipeline, CRM configuration, and team habits. Delivers a ranked list of specific gaps rather than a general assessment.
Pipeline Architecture
Stage definitions, exit criteria, and deal qualification frameworks built around your actual sales cycle - not a generic template adapted after the fact.
CRM Design and Setup
We configure your CRM to reflect the process you actually run. Properties, views, automations, and reporting built to reduce data entry and increase visibility.
Sales Playbook Development
Written documentation covering qualification criteria, objection handling, discovery questions, and handoff protocols - usable by a new rep within their first week.
Team Enablement Programme
Structured sessions with your sales team covering the new process, tooling, and call methodology. Includes recorded walkthroughs for ongoing onboarding.
Performance Tracking Setup
Dashboard and reporting configuration that surfaces the metrics that actually indicate pipeline health - not vanity numbers that look good in a slide deck.
What changes when the structure is right
Most sales problems are process problems in disguise. The comparison below reflects what we see consistently across client engagements - before and after a structured system is in place.
Without structure
- Deals stall without clear next steps
- Forecasts are guesswork
- Onboarding takes months
- CRM data is unreliable
- Wins are hard to replicate
With structure
- Each stage has defined exit criteria
- Pipeline data supports decisions
- New reps ramp in weeks
- CRM reflects reality
- Repeatable qualification process
How an engagement typically runs
Discovery call
We ask specific questions about your current pipeline, team structure, and the problems you are trying to solve. No generic intake forms.
Diagnostic review
Access to your CRM, call recordings, and deal data. We identify where deals stall, where data breaks down, and where process is missing entirely.
System design
We document the new structure - pipeline stages, qualification criteria, playbook sections - and review it with your team before any implementation begins.
Implementation and handoff
Configuration, documentation delivery, and enablement sessions. We stay available for questions during the first live quarter after handoff.
The people behind the work
Yildunosos Quantyeon operates as a focused team rather than a large consultancy. The advisors who scope your engagement are the same people who do the work.

Process and EnablementQuestions that come up before most engagements
What does a sales system audit involve?
We review your current pipeline structure, CRM setup, team workflows, and conversion points. The output is a prioritised list of specific gaps with recommended fixes - not a generic report with broad observations.
How long does it take to build a working sales system?
Most engagements run between 8 and 16 weeks depending on team size and existing infrastructure. We set realistic milestones at the start and adjust only when circumstances genuinely change.
Do you work with companies outside Ireland?
All services are delivered remotely, so geography is not a factor. We currently work with clients across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
What industries do you focus on?
We work primarily with B2B companies in professional services, SaaS, and manufacturing. The methodology adapts to the sales cycle length and deal complexity of each sector.
Can you work with our existing CRM?
Yes. We design processes around the tools you already use rather than pushing replacements. If a tool genuinely cannot support the required workflow, we explain why and present alternatives with migration costs included in the assessment.
